Tezlom started off as a small family run business in 2008, and since then has grown into an established national franchise network throughout the UK with over 40 office staff and over 500 agency workers across the board. We don’t hold stock images, what you see is what you get – one of our brand pillars is Transparency, and with a Tezlom franchise you can be assured you’ll only deal with real people who physical live and breathe the Tezlom brand, we encourage getting all franchisees out there and showing the world who is behind the Tezlom model. Each franchise is independently owned by its directors and operates the Tezlom model under license via a franchise agreement. This will provide all franchise owners with everything they need to know in order to succeed, together with the assurance of continuous support.

What You Will Get

The Role of the Franchisee

You do not need any previous experience within healthcare or recruitment to open up one of our franchises, you just need to have the passion to become an entrepreneur and the drive to run a successful healthcare recruitment business. The Marketplace

Health and Social Care Staffing is a business model which continues to grow in a still uncertain financial climate. Vulnerable adults and children with care needs cannot perform some activities of daily living such as washing, dressing, cooking, and shopping without support. In mid-2017, the population of the UK was an estimated 66 million. It is projected to increase to 73 million by 2041, and The Office of National Statistics predicts that within that time 66% of the total population are predicted to require care by 2038.


Tezlom have established relationships with particular high street banks who have a strong understanding of the franchise sector and in particular the Tezlom business model. As Tezlom is a proven successful model, some of these banks will look to fund up to 50% of the total investment required for new franchises.


The Tezlom franchise fee is £28,000 (ex. VAT), and you’ll need between £10,000 - £15,000 working capital. Tezlom gives franchisees the opportunity to build a successful business, with more than just financial rewards. Having that work life balance and personal satisfaction is equally important.

British Franchise Association (BFA)

Tezlom are proud members of the British Franchise Association (BFA), which might have you thinking ‘so what does that mean for me?’. The BFA are the governing body that represents the franchise industry in the UK. For Tezlom to become a BFA-approved franchise, the business model must adhere to a set of standards that establishes best practice in the franchising world. This gives you the reassurance that the business model is viable, runs with ease, is ethical and is committed to the development and success of each franchise and the brand itself.
